いつもDANCEALIVEを応援いただきありがとうございます。

このたび、エントリー受付システムの設定に誤りがあり、一部の期間において、FirstEntryのエントリー料金が本来3,500円のところ、4,000円で決済されていたことが判明いたしました。
本来とは異なる金額をご請求してしまいましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
つきましては、対象となる皆様へ、エントリー料金の差額500円を返金させていただきます。

■返金対象者
下記の期間にFirstEntryよりエントリーされた方が対象となります。
2026年8月17日（月）18:08 ～ 2026年8月23日（日）13:02の期間にエントリーされた方
※上記期間以外にエントリーされた方は、返金対象ではございません。

■返金額
本来のエントリー料金3,500円と、決済された4,000円との差額である500円を返金いたします。
なお、エントリー料金とは別途発生している手数料につきましては、今回の返金対象には含まれませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

■返金方法
返金は、イベント当日の受付にて現金でお渡しいたします。
ご来場の際に、受付スタッフへ「エントリー料金の差額返金の対象者」である旨をお申し付けください。
なお、返金対応につきましては、返金手続きの都合により、イベント当日を期限とさせていただきます。
当日にご来場いただけない場合は、恐れ入りますが、イベント当日中に運営事務局までご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。
期限を設ける形となり大変恐縮ではございますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

このたびは、エントリーに際してご迷惑をおかけすることとなり、誠に申し訳ございません。

Thank you for your continued support of DANCEALIVE.

We have discovered an error in the settings of our entry registration system. During a certain period, the “FirstEntry” fee was processed at 4,000 yen instead of the correct 3,500 yen.
We sincerely apologize for charging an incorrect amount.
Accordingly, we will refund the 500-yen difference to all affected participants.

■ Eligibility for Refund
This applies to individuals who registered via FirstEntry during the following period:
Registrations made between 18:08 on Monday, August 17, 2026, and 13:02 on Sunday, August 23, 2026.
*Please note that registrations made outside of this period are not eligible for a refund.

■ Refund Amount
We will refund 500 yen, which represents the difference between the standard entry fee of 3,500 yen and the 4,000 yen actually paid.
Please note that any additional service fees incurred separately from the entry fee are not included in this refund.

■ Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in cash at the reception desk on the day of the event.
When you arrive, please inform the reception staff that you are eligible for a refund of the entry fee difference.
Please note that, due to administrative procedures, the deadline for processing refunds is the day of the event itself.
If you are unable to attend on the day, we kindly ask that you contact the event secretariat sometime during the day of the event.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this deadline and appreciate your understanding.
