マイナビDANCEALIVE 2025参加にあたり、以下の事項に同意します。
(1)イベント主催者が設けた全ての規約、規則、指示に従う事を同意します。
(2)健康状態は心身共に、万全で何等支障はありません。
(3)イベント中に起きた事故・ケガに関して、自己の責任において一切を処理し、主催者、係員、他のイベント参加者等イベント関係者の責任を問いません。
(4)自己の過失により、施設、機材、車両等に損害を与えた場合は、その全額を弁償します。
(5)イベント中における音声、映像等の肖像権は主催者にあることを認め、イベントに関する放送及びスポンサー、主催者等に参加者の名前および写真、動画等を自由に使用することを許可します。
(6)エントリー時に入力したアドレス宛てに主催側から告知メールが不定期に届きますのでご了承ください。

I agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in mynavi DANCEALIVE 2025.
①I agree to abide by all rules, regulations and instructions established by the event organizer.
②Health, both physical and mental, is in perfect condition.
③Any accidents or injuries that occur during the event will be handled at your own risk and will not be the responsibility of the event organizer, attendants, other event participants, or others involved in the event. The organizer, staff members, other event participants, and others involved in the event will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event.
④If any damage is caused to facilities, equipment, vehicles, etc, due to his/her own negligence, he/she shall be reimbursed for the full amount of the damage.
⑤It is acknowledged that the organizer has the portrait rights to the audio and visual images during the event, and that the names, photos, videos, etc. of the participants may be freely used in the event. The organizer is granted permission to freely use the names, photos, videos, etc. of the participants in the event broadcast, sponsors and organizers.
⑥Please note that the organizer may send an announcement e-mail to the address you entered at the time of entry.
